I must have had pizza on the brain after mentioning Lucette’s in my post last night. That, or I got home from the gym and was way too tired to contemplate grocery shopping or cooking. (I know, I wasted my workout by eating pizza. I don’t really care). So there’s a joint around the corner called Two Boots Pizza. They have them all over NYC - and they have the BEST and most creative pizza ever. Tonight we partook in the Buffalo Chicken Pizza, and it didn’t disappoint.  How could it? It’s pizza that involves buffalo sauce - a homerun in my book. Tomorrow night we’ll be back to the cooking. But for now, I’m off to have another slice.
